Last Thursday, February 22 saw the sixth annual ARIA #1 Chart Awards presented to a host of Australia's best talent whose singles, albums and DVDs had made it to the top of the Australian record charts.

The Human Nature boys were of course at the top of the list and picked up TWO gongs (a feat only matched by Damien Leith!) for their chart-topping albums 'Reach Out: The Motown Record' and follow-up album 'Dancing In The Streets' - each of which enjoyed phenomenal success in the past year.

They were in good company with Something For Kate, Kate DeAraguo, Lee Harding, TV Rock, John Farnham and Damien Leith also taking out honours.

Between December 1 2005 and December 31 2006, a total of 30 singles and 39 albums by Australian artists surfaced within the top 10 on the ARIA National charts, and only 14 walked away with awards.
